Michael e la sua prosperosa fidanzata partono per una “vacanza di chirurgia plastica” e si ritrovano in uno scalcagnato ospedale dell’Europa dell’Est. Qui Michael trova una donna legata a un letto, completamente nuda salvo per una museruola. Volendo aiutarla, la libera. E, in cambio, lei cerca di mangiarlo. Questo dà il via a un’epidemia zombi, e scatena l’inferno. La gente viene sbranata viva e ora Michael deve dimostrare di essere un bravo fidanzato, respingendo orde di morti viventi e, nel frattempo, eseguendo operazioni chirurgiche a cuore aperto.
Michael and his big-boobed girlfriend go on a ‘plastic surgery holiday’ and end up in a shady hospital in Eastern Europe. Here Michael finds a woman, strapped onto a bed, wearing nothing but a muzzle. Michael wants to help and unties her. In turn, she tries to eat him. By unleashing this infected patient he starts a zombie breakout, and hell breaks loose. People get eaten alive and Michael now has to prove himself a worthy boyfriend, fighting off undead creatures that come crawling from the curiosity cabinet and performing life-saving surgery.
