Hana is an ordinary high-school girl. One night, she has vivid dreams of another little girl who lived during the distant Sengoku era of feudal Japan. When she wakes up, Hana is taken by a mysterious government agency who tells her the world will end in two weeks and only she can reverse that happening and save humanity.
