Il Paese è sopravvissuto alla Grande Crisi del 2008, ma è allo sbando e l’ordine pubblico è nelle mani di un’Autorità Provvisoria militarizzata. Per educare le nuove leve all’obbedienza nei confronti del regime, i ragazzi vengono costretti a frequentare delle scuole- caserme. L’Autorità Provvisoria sta mettendo a punto un reality show, Under, per spettacolarizzare l’esecuzione dei soggetti antisociali. Tredici ragazzi sono rinchiusi in un bunker e costretti a una convivenza forzata in cui alla fine solo uno di loro si salverà.
The country has survived the 2008 Great Crisis, but it is in dire straits, and law and order is in the hands of a Military Provisional Authority. Young people are forced to attend school-barracks where they are taught to obey the regime. The Provisional Authority is introducing a reality show, Under, in which the execution of anti- social subjects is turned into a public show. Thirteen young boys and girls are forced to share life in a bunker until only one of them will survive.
