Il giorno dopo Halloween, in una città universitaria dell’Italia centrale, Jacopo, Lenka e Duke si svegliano nell’appartamento che Lenka divide con Elizabeth. Sono tutti studenti tranne Duke, che è uno spacciatore afroamericano. L’alba del nuovo giorno sorge su una tragedia: Elizabeth è morta, qualcuno le ha tagliato la gola. Ma c’è dell’altro: nessuno di loro ricorda l’accaduto. Troppo alcool e troppa droga… Provano a sbarazzarsi del cadavere, ma con risultati disastrosi. Poi iniziano lentamente a ricordare che Elizabeth aveva passato quasi tutta la notte a riprenderli con il suo smartphone. Quando il puzzle inizia a ricomporsi, ci troviamo di fronte ad un incubo di sesso e sangue. Nel frattempo, Lenka pensa a come togliersi dai guai.
It’s the day after Halloween Night in an Italian student town. Jacopo, Lenka and Duke wake up in the student’s apartment Lenka shares with Elizabeth. Jacopo is a student too, Duke is an African-American drug dealer. The dawn of the new day brings with it a horrible problem: Elizabeth is dead. Someone has cut her throat. But there’s more, none of them remember what happened. They were too drunk and stoned… They try to get rid of the body, but with disastrous results. Then, they slowly start to remember and find out Elisabeth has recorded most of that Halloween party on her smartphone. When pieces begin to fall in place, we are faced with a nightmare of sex and blood. In the meantime, Lenka thinks of a plan to pull herself out of trouble.
