1940. Le sorelle Thom e Mars costruiscono una macchina, LOLA, che intercetta i programmi radio e TV dal futuro, permettendo loro di ascoltare grandi hit prima ancora che vengano composte, piazzare scommesse infallibili e abbracciare le loro anime punk. Con l’arrivo della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, le sorelle decidono di utilizzare le informazioni dal futuro per aiutare l’intelligence militare che riesce a cambiare le sorti dell’ascesa nazista. Mentre Thom viene intossicata da LOLA, Mars capisce le terribili conseguenze del suo potere. In seguito a un litigio, Thom compie un errore fatale che conduce tutti verso un futuro da incubo. Potrà il loro amore salvare il mondo che stanno per perdere?

It’s 1940, and sisters Thom and Mars build a machine, LOLA, that can intercept radio and TV broadcasts from the future, allowing them to hear iconic music before composition, place foolproof bets and embrace their inner Punk. But with World War II escalating, the sisters decide to intercept future information to help with military intelligence that rapidly twists Nazi misfortunes. While Thom becomes intoxicated by LOLA, Mars realizes the terrible consequences of its power. As their relationship collapses, Thom makes a fatal error that leads to a nightmarish future. Can their love for each other save the world they’ve lost?
