Un’esplosione atomica tra i ghiacci del Polo scioglie un lastrone di ghiaccio nel quale dormiva, in stato letargico, un Rhedosauro. L’animale si sveglia raggiunge New York, affondando navi e sgranocchiando batiscafi. L`esercito ferisce il mostro e si scopre che il suo sangue è portatore di una malattia oggi sconosciuta.
An atomic explosion in the Arctic melts the surrounding ice and releases a sleeping Rhedosauro. The animal wakes up and soon reaches New York, causing mayhem. The army injures the monster, only to discover that its blood is infected with an unknown disease.
