I ragazzi del distretto 8 di Budapest crescono in continua rivalità, impegnati in lotta quotidianamente assieme alle loro famiglie di gitani, ungheresi, arabi e cinesi. Richie, il più giovane del clan Lakatos tenta di trovare una soluzione pacifica con la famiglia Csorba. Presto scopre che la strada per la felicità passa attraverso i soldi. Così i ragazzi, con un salto nel tempo sino alla preistoria, creano una loro riserva petrolifera sotto il distretto. Al loro ritorno iniziano a sfruttare il giacimento e ben presto la situazione del distretto muta radicalmente.
The kids of the Budapest’s District 8 grow up in constant rivalry and fights as their gipsy, Hungarian, Arab and Chinese families engage in everyday hostility. Yet Richie, the youngest of the Lakatos clan attempts to find a way to pacify the Csorba family. He soon finds out that the path to happiness is through money. So the kids take a timetrip to the prehistoric age and create their own oil reserves right under the district. After their return the exploitation of the hidden oil field begins, and soon the situation in the area starts to change radically.
