Un racconto fantastico ambientato in un 2002 economicamente e socialmente devastato. Per sedare gli scolari ribelli, che vedono nei loro insegnanti solo dei facili bersagli per la loro violenza cieca, viene creato il gioco “battaglia reale” dove ogni anno gli alunni di una classe estratta a sorte, devono combattere tra di loro su un’isola deserta. La battaglia dura tre giorni, ognuno ha a disposizione un po’ di cibo e un’arma. Solo uno può sopravvivere.
A fantastical story set in an economically and socially devastated 2002. To calm the rebellious school kids, who see nothing in their teachers but an easy target for their blind violence, the game “Battle Royale” was created. In this annual game, the students of one class, chosen at random, must fight each other on a deserted island. The battle lasts for three days, each student has a bit of food and a weapon and only one can survive.
