Nel 2293 la popolazione del pianeta Terra è rigidamente divisa in due gruppi: nelle desolate lande esterne vivono i semiprimitivi bruti mentre il Vortex è abitato da immortali decadenti. In mezzo ai due ci sono gli sterminatori, agenti appositamente addestrati per tenere i bruti sotto controllo.
It is the year 2293. The Earth’s population is strictly divided into two groups: semi-primitive brutes survive outdoors in a barren land, whilst inside The Vortex live debauched immortals. Between these two groups are the Exterminators, who have been specifically trained to keep the brutes under control.
