Renata, suo marito Jan e il loro figlio adottivo Kamil conducono una vita apparentemente felice. Una sera, un evento inspiegabile fa piombare la casa nel caos: Renata viene trovata confusa, mezza nuda, in un capanno, mentre Kamil è sotto shock. La famiglia decide di rivolgersi a un Centro di Consulenza privato. Ma quando arrivano, Renata si presenta come REN, un androide che ha avuto un grave malfunzionamento. All’inizio fatichiamo a crederle, ma gradualmente le sue parole trovano conferma mentre ci rendiamo conto che non può fidarsi del suo compagno, il quale sta cospirando contro di lei assieme alla PNC Corporation che l’ha creata. Renata capisce che intendono portarle via il figlio adottivo e smantellarla definitivamente.
Renata, her husband Jan and her adopted son Kamil lead a seemingly happy life. One evening an unexplained event leaves the house in chaos. Renata is found half-naked in turmoil in a shed, and Kamil is traumatised in shock. The family decides to go to a therapy to a closed Counselling Centre. But when they arrive Renata introduces herself as REN, an android, that has experienced a major technical failure. At first, we have trouble believing her story, but gradually her words are confirmed as she learns she can’t trust her partner Jan, who conspires against her with the PNC Corporation that has created her. She realises they intend to take her adopted son away from her and dismantle her for good.
